Processing Time

- Orders for items available in stock at the time of order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business day
- Orders for items which are sold out at the time of order will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days as we need a time to make ordered items.

In order to permit you to be constantly updated about the status of your order, Our IT system will be generated first a cart number and then an order confirmation number, which will characterize all the correspondence you will receive. To check all the information related to your order, you can enter “Your Account” by clicking on the link.

It might happen that an ordered product is not immediately available; in this case, we will promptly inform you about the unavailability by e-mail. In any case, the shipment of the products will be carried out in the shortest possible time.

Worldwide Shipping

Orders can be shipped to the US and worldwide via Express.  All international orders are not charged tax by us. Any shipment sent outside may be subject to your country's duties and taxes. These charges are separate from your transaction with us and you will be responsible for all associating fees.

We aim to deliver orders on the date requested but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.

Shipping Address

When you set up your account, you can establish a shipping address to use on all orders. We also offer you the ability to add multiple shipping addresses when ordering more than one item.
